Fees for phases of site investigation and cleanups in pr grecs as <br /> wiU not be assessed for <br /> of that date are to be <br /> completed prior Julvdas 1, 1989; instead,d, there will be 10O% cost recovery pephases <br /> Hg Crupo�ttons of <br /> P 3�Ip. <br /> To prorate the fee, the Department has 2 options: <br /> OPTION A <br /> 1, identify phase of activity in progress on July 1, 1989, and site or activity size; <br /> 2, identify defined length of activity, <br /> 3. divide activity fee by number of months defined for activity <br /> --- - - 4. result is monthly 'fee quotient'; <br /> 5. multiply number of months the site has been in the phase of activity (as of July 1, 1989) by monthly <br /> fee quotient; and <br /> 6. subtract that amount from total fee. <br /> 7.
