i. The Emergency Coordinator should assess the situation, identify <br /> the character, exact source, amount, and real extent of any released <br /> materials. The Emergency Coordinator must identify possible hazards to human <br /> health or the environment by release, fire, or explosion. If the Emergency <br /> Coordinator determines that the facility has had a release which could <br /> threaten human health or the environment outside the depot, he must report <br /> his findings as follows to the local authorities: <br /> Manteca Police Business Phone: 239-8401 <br /> Manteca Fire Department Emergency: 911 <br /> Business Phone: 239-8435 <br /> Adiioal <br /> that are memberstofntheaSans <br /> JoaquinaCountybFireeDeparrtmentrMutualeAidations <br /> Agreement. <br /> San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services 468-3962 <br /> After duty hours contact Sheriff' s Dept. 468-4400 <br /> The government agency which should be notified is: <br /> The EPA Regional Response Team, or (415) 744-2293/92/91 <br /> The National Response Center (800) 424-8802 <br /> The following should be reported: • <br /> (1) Name and telephone number of reporter. <br /> (2) Name and address of facility. <br /> (3) Time and type of incident (i.e. , release, explosion, fire) . <br /> (4) Name and quantity of materials involved to the extent known. <br /> (5) The extent of injuries. <br /> (6) The possible hazards to human health or the environment <br /> outside the facility. <br /> (7) Results of monitoring , testing, or analytical data. <br /> j. During the emergency, the Emergency Coordinator must take all <br /> reasonable measure necessary to ensure that fires, explosions, and releases <br /> do not occur, recur, or spread. <br /> k.
