7.2 . 1 Manholes, inlets, and all drainage structures. Provide type, <br /> length, width, and top, bottom, and all pipe invert elevations to the closest <br /> 0.01 foot. In addition, provide the dimensions and the type of construction <br /> for all headwalls. <br /> 7.2.2 Curb and gutter: Provide top of curb and gutter elevations along <br /> existing pavements to the closest one-hundredth of a foot (0.01 ft) . If <br /> necessary, provide a sketch to clearly show the type of curb and gutter. <br /> 7.2 .3 Buildings and ramps. Provide and show the natural grade at each <br /> building line, including spot elevations at all building corners (to the <br /> closest 0.01 foot for finished floors and paved areas, and to the closest 0. 1 <br /> foot for natural ground) . <br /> 7.2.4 Ground elevations. Spot elevations for the site and strip sur- <br /> veys shall be spaced at no more than 50 foot stations and 25 foot ranges. In- <br /> termediate elevations shall be provided as necessary to show all breaks in <br /> grade or changes in terrain. <br /> 7.3 Monitoring, Extraction and Injection Wells. Each well within the <br /> limits of this project site shall be located in the field; plotted at the ap- <br /> propriate coordinate point on the topo sheet; and identified by number, coor- <br /> dinates (to the closest 1.0 foot) , ground elevation (to the closest 0.1 foot) , <br /> and the elevation of the survey marker (if one is set in the pad) and the top <br /> of the casing (to the closest 0.01 foot) . Each new well shall have a 3 1/4 <br /> inch -3 1/2 inch domed survey marker set in the concrete pad protecting the <br /> well. Each marker shall be stamped with the identification number of the <br /> well, the month and year established, and the final adjusted elevation of the <br /> survey marker (to the nearest 0.01 foot) . <br /> 7.4 Control Points. <br /> 7.4. 1 Wooden hubs shall be used for all basic control points. A mini- <br /> mum of three concrete monuments with 3 1/4 inch - 3 1/2 inch domed bronze, <br /> brass, or aluminum alloy survey markers (caps) , and witness posts for each <br /> monument shall be established. Each survey marker shall be stamped with the <br /> monuments identifying number, the month and year it is established, the final <br /> adjusted elevation of the survey marker (to the nearest 0.01 foot) , and <br /> "USAEOH HUNTSVILLE". The dies used for stamping the survey markers shall be <br /> 1/8 inch - 3/16 inch in size. These concrete monuments shall be located <br /> within the perimeter of the topo limits (if possible) , be set 50 feet from the <br /> edge of any existing road, be set flush with the ground and a minimum of two <br /> AA-23 <br />
