In addition, all topo sheets shall include a small index plan <br /> showing its relationship with the entire surveyed area. <br /> 7.5 Field Notes. All field notes shall be recorded in a standard field <br /> notebook with a Rapidiograph pen of 00 or 0 or 1 size point or a standard ball <br /> point pen with a medium point and containing black ink. There are to be no <br /> erasures made in these books. <br /> 7. 6 Schedule. The following data and/or items shall be submitted to <br /> the Contracting officer within 90 days after the award of this contract. <br /> 7.6.1 One mylar reproducible and two blueline prints of each topo <br /> sheet. <br /> 7.6.2 A tabulated list of all control points (showing the adjusted <br /> coordinates and elevations to the closest one-hundreth of a foot) established <br /> and/or used for this survey. <br /> 7.6.3 A tabulated list of the coordinates to the closest foot (1.0 <br /> foot) on the corners of all fence lines within the topo area. <br /> 7.6.4 A tabulated list of all the monitoring, extraction and injection <br /> wells laid out and/or located for this project. This list shall include the <br /> coordinates (to the closest foot) and all of the required elevations. <br /> 7.6.5 All original field books, layout sheets, computation sheets, <br /> abstracts, and computer printouts. All of these items shall be suitably <br /> bound, and clearly marked and identified. <br /> 7.6.6 A "Report on Establishment of Survey Mark" (Description Card) on <br /> each permanent control monument established and/or used for the survey. In <br /> addition to the name or I.D. number of the monument, the cards should show the <br /> adjusted coordinates and elevations (to the closest 0.01 foot) , a written <br /> description for locating the monument, and a sketch showing how to locate the <br /> monument. <br /> AA-25 <br />
