MONITORING AND REPORTING - 9 - May 21, 1992 <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board, the Departmentand theUS EPA by <br /> the last day of the month following the quarter in which the samples were taken or observations <br /> made. The fourth quarterly report shall contain an annual summary of the data from the previous <br /> year which shall be presented in tabular and graphical form. The report shall discuss the <br /> compliance record and the corrective actions taken or planned which may be needed to bring the <br /> discharge into full compliance with the substantive waste discharge requirements. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board, the Department and the U S <br /> EPA. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program at the start of the Portable Water <br /> Start-up Phase. <br />
