All <br /> samples shall be unfiltered samples unless otherwise noted. <br /> GROUND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection through which wastes can be <br /> admitted into the outfall. Effluent samples shall not contain any extraneous wastewater such as storm <br /> water. Effluent samples (including grab samples) should be representative of the volume and quality of <br /> the discharge. Time of collection of samples shall be recorded.
