The repository <br /> includes an index of all the documents that have helped render <br /> decisions . A Community Relations Specialist position was <br /> established. This position manages the repositories , coordinates <br /> meetings , publishes fact sheets, and maintains the administrative <br /> record. <br /> Major events that have occurred are: <br /> Jun 91 : Remedial Investigation Report approved contingent that <br /> additional investigatory work be performed during the <br /> Feasibility Study phase <br /> Nov 91: Operable Unit 1 (OU-1 ) Feasibility Study (FS) approved <br /> for Remedial Action of volatile organic compound (VOC ) <br /> ground water contamination at Sharpe Facility. <br /> 27 Jan 92 : OU-1 Record of Decision (ROD) approved and signed by <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> 6 Feb - 9 Mar 92 : OU-1 Proposed Remedial Action Plan <br /> 27 Feb 92 : OU-1 Community Meeting at Lathrop City Council <br /> Chambers <br /> Other events: <br /> 1992 : Performed long-term pilot injection tests to determine the <br /> aquifers potential for receiving the treated water. <br /> Previous to that, short-term tests were performed. <br /> Jul 92 : Work Plan Addendum was approved to cover additional <br /> underground storage tank sites and Pesticide Mixing <br /> area. <br /> Dec 92 : Long-term Trichloroethylene (TCE) Vapor Extraction <br /> 1 <br />
