The Draft Final Report contents are presented in the Draft <br /> Report dated 12 December 2008 with modifications presented in the Response To Comments <br /> (RCP) document received on 8 March 2009. The RCP was prepared by Defense Logistics <br /> Agency Enterprise Support San Joaquin, California (DESJC) to address the Regional Water <br /> Board staff comments provided in a letter dated 2 February 2009. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff believes that the RCP adequately addresses the issues <br /> presented in our 2 February letter.
