The report summarizes the results from the ground <br /> water monitoring for two quarterly sampling events, 4Q05 and 3Q06 for the DDJC- <br /> Sharpe site. Only two quarters of data was collected and evaluated due to <br /> congressional funding delays. The annual report also presents a summary of the <br /> 2006 performance data for the three ground water extraction and treatment systems <br /> operating at the site and the results of the treated ground water discharge sampling <br /> conducted for each of the three treatment plants. Additionally, components on the <br /> Response Completion Plan such as the Cone Penetrometer Testing (CPT®) and <br /> focused ground water extraction are introduced in this report. <br /> DTSC has reviewed the report and has the following comments: <br /> Specific Comments <br /> 1.) Page ES-2, section ES.2.2.1, Volatile Organics, third sentence; Please add <br /> monitoring well (MW) MW526 cluster to the sentence with MW528 since <br /> these clusters were responsible for reporting the off-depot trichloroethene <br /> (TCE) and tetrachloroethene (PCE) concentrations. <br />
