If,despite Ripon Unified School District's efforts,a spill does occur,trained agents and employees of Ripon Unified School District will take all necessary steps as defined within the SPCC Plan to minimize the impact of such a spill. The SPCC Plan is a working document designed to be sustainable and used as a tool by Ripon Unified School District to prevent or minimize oil product spills. As such, Ripon Unified School District will see that its agents and employees are properly informed of the provisions of the SPCC Plan, are properly trained and know their role in maintaining the SPCC Plan or on minimizing a spill that occurs. Ripon Unified School District is committed to providing the necessary resources to establish and maintain the Spill Prevention Control&Countermeasures set forth herein.The SPCC Plan will be reviewed at minimum every five years,from implementation, or sooner if facility changes impact the SPCC Plan requirements.
