Ripon Unified School District <br /> Tank, Piping & Secondary Containment <br /> 1 ,ppendix B & C Inspection Checklists 2022 <br /> Tank, Piping & Foundation „� � � F�04��` <br /> Inspection <br /> Check fuel oil product tanks,piping and foundation <br /> for leaks: (as appropriate) <br /> Checklist Instructions: <br /> Product droplets or drip marks Place an "X" in the box associated with <br /> Discolorization of tanks,piping&filter the observed defect as appropriate for the <br /> Puddles containing oil products or sheen facility.If no defects are observed,place a <br /> 4 mark in each of the boxes for the month. <br /> Corrosion If defects are observed and marked, a <br /> Localized dead or damage vegatation plan for corrective action must be <br /> Vent caps are in place prepared and implemented.on page 2 of <br /> Tank supports Appendix B & C or additional sheets as <br /> PP needed. <br /> Cracks or fissures <br /> Settling Note: <br /> Gaps between tank&foundation All inspections must be performed on a <br /> monthly basis.The responsible person for <br /> Corrosionthe <br /> rEvidence of seeping values or seals date e performing <br /> month that they inspected the <br /> Emergency control valves facility. If Oil Sheen present, use <br /> absorbent pads to remove sheen then <br /> Comments: drain clean water into Drainage System. <br /> Place used pads in labeled Hazardous <br /> Waste Container.
