12.3.2 Only the draft final documents for the primary documents iden- <br /> tified above shall be subject to dispute resolution. SHAD shall complete <br /> and transmit draft primary documents in accordance with the timetables and <br /> deadlines established in Attachment 2 to this Agreement. <br /> 12.4 Secondary Documents: <br /> 12.4.1 SHAD shall complete and transmit draft documents for the fol- <br /> lowing secondary documents to the other Parties for review and comment in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this Section: <br /> 1. Sample Plans <br /> 2. Well Closure Methods and Procedures <br /> 3. Baseline Risk Assessment <br /> 4. Quarterly Reports <br /> 12.4.2 Although EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB may comment on the draft docu- <br /> ments for the secondary documents listed above, such documents shall not be <br /> subject to dispute resolution except as provided by Subsection 12.2. Target <br /> dates for the completion and transmission of draft secondary documents which <br /> are not in Attachment 2 to this Agreement shall be established by the <br /> Project Managers. The Project Managers may also identify additional secon- <br /> dary documents. <br /> 12.5 Meetings of the Project Managers on Development of Documents: The <br /> Project Managers shall meet approximately every sixty (60) days, except as <br /> otherwise agreed by the Parties, to review and discuss the progress of work <br /> being performed at the Site on the primary and secondary documents. Prior <br /> to preparing any draft document specified in Subsections 12.3 and 12.4, the <br /> Project Managers shall meet to discuss the document results in an effort to <br /> -20- <br />
