RI/FS Tasks in Inteerated RI/FS Workolan <br /> SHAD shall address in its RI/FS Work Plan, but not necessary be limited to, theI <br /> following tasks. Any Party may request modification of any task of this Attachment ih <br /> writing and shall specify: <br /> 1. The reason(s) for requesting the modification, <br /> 2. A clear description of the requested modification, and <br /> 3. Timetable and deadlines affected by the requested modification. <br /> This Attachment may be modified upon written agreement between the Project <br /> Managers of EPA, DOHS, RWQCB, and SHAD. <br /> 1.0 MANAGEMENT PLAN OBJECTIVES <br /> 1.1 Determine the nature and full extent of contaminants in <br /> groundwater, surface water, soil, and air, <br /> 1.2 Characterize the geographic and geo-hydrological condition of <br /> the Site, <br /> 1.3 Identify all existing and potential sources of contamination <br /> and migration pathways, <br /> 1.4 Identify Federal and state applicable or relevant and <br /> appropriate requirements, <br /> 1.5 Conduct a base wide Public Health and Environmental <br /> Evaluation based on reliable RI/FS information and data, and <br /> 1.6 Identify and evaluate remedial alternatives in accordance <br /> with EPA RI/FS guidance. <br /> 2.0 REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION <br /> 2.0(A) Description of Current Situation <br /> 2.1 Site Description <br /> 2.2 Site History <br /> 2.3 Results of previous Investigation <br /> 2.3.1 Ground Water Release Characterization <br /> 2.3.2 Surface Water Release Characterization <br /> 2.3.3 Subsoil Release Characterization <br /> 2.3.4 Air Release Characterization <br /> 2.3.5 Geological Study Results <br /> 2.3.6 Hydrological Study Results <br /> 2.3.7 Natural Resources Damage Survey Results <br /> 2.0(B) Actual Remedial Investigation <br /> 2.4 SHAD shall provide the Agency for Toxic Substances and <br /> Disease Registry (ATSDR) with all necessary environments <br /> investigation results, including that of the Remedial <br /> Investigation.
