• NOTE: The Fire Department and spill team have the protective clothing, <br /> materials, and equipment required to handle chemical spills and leaks. <br /> E. Non-DA Response <br /> The identified equipment and personnel listed under the IRT section will <br /> be made available, as deemed necessary by the Depot Commander, to the <br /> Regional National Response Team as requested to assist in the containment <br /> and/or clean-up of a non-DA caused spill . This will be done in accordance <br /> with the provisions of AR 500-60, Chapter 5, Paragraph 5-IF, the National Oil <br /> and Hazardous Substance Pollution Contingency Plan, August 1973. <br /> F. SHAD Facility Evacuation Plan <br /> The SHAD Facility Evacuation Plan is included in Annex E of this plan. <br /> G. Plan Updating <br /> The ISCP must be reviewed and evaluated every three years. In addition, <br /> the Plan should be amended, if need be, as new materials are used or stored <br /> at the SHAD facility.
