After completing the <br /> drilling activities,the boreholes will be backfilled to the ground surface with a mixture of the soil <br /> generated during drilling activities and a cement-bentonite grout (5% bentonite) slurry. <br /> Decontamination water will be placed in 55-gallon drums and temporarily stored at an on-site <br /> location pending disposal. <br /> Task 3: Reporting <br /> Upon completion of the tasks above, SECOR will incorporate the findings from the soil <br /> investigation into a technical report for submittal to WLH Homes and the SJCEHD. SECOR will <br /> incorporate the data collected, document the methods and procedures implemented during the <br /> activities described above, and prepare maps and tables for interpretation of the analytical results <br /> obtained. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to begin work immediately upon obtaining approval of this Work Plan from <br /> the SJCEHD. SECOR is requesting that the SJCEHD approve this Work Plan at your earliest <br /> convenience because this is a time critical project. Following issuance of the drilling permit, we <br /> estimate that field activities will require two weeks to complete. "Phis timeline includes <br /> preliminary field activities, scheduling subcontractors, and implementation of the field tasks. <br /> Laboratory analyses will require approximately two weeks from the submittal of the samples.
