' Report of Violati* • <br /> Page 5 <br /> May 30, 1990 <br /> Manifest ¥88197398 : <br /> SHAD certified, on the LDR notification accompanying <br /> this shipment of hazardous wastes, that the <br /> restricted wastes in the shipment had been treated <br /> and met the treatment standards prescribed in Table <br /> CCWE, Title 40, CFR. <br /> The waste profiles for the wastes in this shipment <br /> show that many of the LDR wastes are present in <br /> concentrations exceeding the treatment standards. <br /> Examples include the wastes on lines (a) , (c) and (g) <br /> of page 2 of the manifest. <br /> Neither SHAD nor DRMO are permitted for treatment of <br /> hazardous wastes. <br /> The Department will conduct a re-inspection of the facility in <br /> the future to verify compliance. <br /> The issuance of this Report of Violation does not preclude the <br /> Department from taking administrative, civil or criminal action <br /> as a result of the violations noted herein. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this.
