<br /> 1.- Eosgment Ritzy
<br /> Grantee shall have the right from time to time in the Easement to survey, lay, ennnruct, maintain, repair,
<br /> renew,replace,protEct.inspect, operate, increase or decrease the size of or number of, idle, and/or remove
<br /> pipelines (``Operation") for transporting Petroleum or petroleum products, including but not limit,-,d to
<br /> gttsolint:, natural gas. liquefied pcfx6leum gas, and crude, or for other uses including but not limited to
<br /> telephone lines, fiber optics, electrical cable, and water. Said pipelines shall include all surface and
<br /> subsurface appurtenances and facilities as are reasonably necessary or required in the judgtncnt of Grantee
<br /> for the Operation of said pipelines, including, but not limited to, valves, fittings, utetcring equipment,
<br /> pipeline markers, electrical cable, and cathodic protection equipment. Said pipelines, facilities, and
<br /> appurtenances are hereinafter collectively referred to as"Facilities."
<br /> Graniec shall also have die right form time to time in. the Easement to survey, lay, construct, maintain,
<br /> repair, renew, replace, protect, inspect, operate, iner+easc or decrease the size of or number of idle, and/or
<br /> remove telephone lines, fiber optics, and/or electrical cables. Such facilities shrill include all surface and
