The scope of work included advancement <br /> of six (6) soil borings for collection of soil and groundwater samples following procedures <br /> outlined in the Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.-prepared Phase // Environmental <br /> Assessment Work Plan dated 16 August 2011. <br /> The scope of work was performed under San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department Soil Boring Permit number SR#0063882. The location of the site is illustrated <br /> in Figure 1.
