Ventura Ave <br />Stockton CA 95203 <br />ATTN: Tom Bentz <br />ENF0005771 <br />Docket No. 19-FA0020337 <br />CONSENT ORDER <br />) [California Health and Safety Code <br />Section 25404.1.1] <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, which is the Certified <br />Unified Program Agency (the "CUPA") for San Joaquin County, and Associated Tractor <br />Service Inc.,a �to (R pondents) (collectively, the "Parties") have entered into <br />this Consent Order and agree as follows: <br />1. Respondents own and operate Associated Tractor Service Inc., a parts and <br />service business at 34 N. Ventura Ave, Stockton CA 95203 (the "Site"). <br />2. The CUPA inspected the Site on October 3, 2016 for the Hazardous <br />Materials Program and issued a report of violations. The COPA inspected <br />the site for Small quantity Hazardous Waste Generator program on August <br />27, 2018 and issued a report of violations. <br />3. The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapter 6.95 of the California <br />Health and Safety Code ("HSC"), San Joaquin County Ordinance (SJO) <br />and California Code of Regulations (CCR): <br />CONSENT ORDER <br />-1- <br />Associated Tractor Service Inc. <br />
