TERMINAL <br /> 3015 NAVY DRIVE, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> PROJECT INFORMATION <br /> SITE: Former Time Oil Co.Terminal <br /> BY: Dave Seaver <br /> PROJECT NO: 1012-012.002 <br /> PROJECT MANAGER:Dan Landry <br /> CLIENT CONTACT: Mr.Mark Chandler <br /> PROJECT OBJECTIVES: Soil sampling and monitoring well installation to further define the magnitude and extent of soil <br /> and groundwater contamination <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of soil borings for collection of soil samples,installation of groundwater monitoring wells <br /> and groundwater sampling <br /> SAMPLING PARAMETERS: Laboratory analyses of soil and groundwater for gasoline diesel and gasoline range VOCs <br /> START DATE:June 2012 COMPLETION DATE: June 2013 <br /> NOTE: This Site Safety Plan must be re-evaluated and updated annually or when site conditions or scope of work changes. <br /> FACILITY DESCRIPTION <br /> TYPE OF FACILITY: Currently,the site is occupied by an active ethanol bulk storage terminal <br /> STRUCTURES: Four aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) a former loading dock an office building and several storage <br /> buildines <br /> ACCESS: Site is entered from the west via Naw Drive <br /> TOPOGRAPHY: The site relatively fiat <br /> GENERAL GEOLOGIC/HYDROLOGIC SETTING: Lithologies encountered during historic site assessments included <br /> saturated sands lenses separated by silty confining layers to approximately 85 feet below ground surface(bgs) Depth to <br /> groundwater ranges from 2 to 8 feet bgs <br /> SITE STATUS: The site is an active ethanol bulk storage terminal <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS/COMMENTS: Facility is an active bulk storagefacility,acilitySite-specific training conducted by the <br /> facility operator (NuStar Energy L.P.) is required.
