On numerous
occasions EHD has directed the responsible party to submit work plans or
investigative reports to continue the investigation of the lateral and vertical extent
of the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. EHD has met with the responsible
party representatives twice to discuss their non-compliance. The responsible
parties are still not in compliance.
EHD is referring this site to the Regional Quality Control Board for enforcement
action.
