At a minimum, the Sampling and Analysis Request Form includes the following <br /> ' information <br /> date submitted <br /> rspecific analytical parameters <br /> ' sample matrix <br /> sample container and quantity <br /> ' sample source <br /> ' Sample Frequency <br /> ' Discrete samples will be used for confirmation purposes <br /> Discrete samples representing 50 cubic yard samples will be used for quantities <br /> less than 200 cubic yards Samples representing 100-200 cubic yards will be used <br /> for quantities between 200 and 1000 cubic yards <br /> Composite samples representing each 1000 cubic yards may be used to represent <br /> quantities over 1000 cubic yards <br /> ' Composite samples will be allowed for general representation of cleanup or <br /> representation of materials to be re-handled in blending or washing operations <br /> Analytical Methods <br /> ' <br /> Samples collected as part of the monitoring program will be analyzed consistent <br /> with accepted analytical procedures The following publications are the primary <br /> ' references for analytical procedures <br /> Methods for Chemical Analysis of Water and Wastes, EPA- <br /> 600/4-79-020, revised March 1983 <br /> ' Methods for Organic Chemical Analysis of Municipal and <br /> Industnal Wastewater, EPA-60014-82-057, July 1982 <br /> i <br /> C -13 <br />
