This regulation requires <br /> that you obtain a new Waste Tire Facility Permit (WTFP) from the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board (CIWMB). This permit must be obtained before we can <br /> legally approve your business license. <br /> Please contact Tom Micka of the CIWMB at (916) 255-2361 for any questions on the <br /> WTFP.
