Although the EHD anticipates closing the site as soon <br /> as the dissolved cadmium and zinc issue is resolved and the closure related activities are <br /> completed, this is technically a denial of your closure request at this time. <br /> This decision is subject to appeal to the State Water Board, pursuant to California Health <br /> and Safety Code Section 25296.40 (a) (1), (Thompson-Richter Underground Storage <br /> Tank Reform Act—Senate Bill 562).
