Recommendation: <br /> In May 2008, the San Joaquin Valley LOP has directed the Responsible Party to <br /> assess remedial technologies. The Fund concurs. The Fund will review this site <br /> next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, this investigation has been underway for 21 years. The <br /> San Joaquin County LOP has directed the Responsible Party to conduct a soil <br /> vapor extraction pilot test and complete lateral definition. The Fund concurs and <br /> will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> review the soil vapor extraction test work plan, dated 21 April 2010.
