Page 3 of <br /> Gillies Trucking 23 January 2009 <br /> 3931 Newton Road, Stockton <br /> The EHD recommended at the meeting reducing the sampling and laboratory analysis <br /> for the site monitoring wells to the following schedule: <br /> • Quarterly sampling —GTA 0, GT-16A, GT-20, GT-33 and GT-WSW 1; <br /> • Semi-Annual sampling — GT-6, GT-9, GTA 2B, GTA 9, GT-21, GT-30, GT-31 and <br /> GT-32; and <br /> • Annual sampling — GT-1, GT-3, GT-12A, GT-13A, GT-13B, GT-14A, GT-15A, <br /> GTA 5B, GTA 7A, GTA 7B, GT-18A, and GTA 86. <br /> During the first quarter 2008 monitoring event, the sample collected from GT-WSW 1 was <br /> impacted by TPH-d, indicating that the dissolved plume has migrated and may have <br /> dropped to greater depth therefore the EHD believes quarterly sampling of the well is <br /> justified. In addition to the above sampling schedule, sample the nearby water supply <br /> wells in the down-gradient direction during the next monitoring event to be sure they <br /> have not been impacted by your dissolved plume.
