To date, you have not complied with the <br /> more recent EHD directive letter dated 17 June 2004 to destroy G-1 or the <br /> directive letter of 30 September 2004 to submit to the EHD by 15 October 2004 a <br /> written response with your intentions as to how you planned meet this directive. <br /> The EHD offered to consider postponement of enforcement on the well <br /> destruction issue —if requested in writing by 15 October 2004 - so that the data <br /> from the approved scope of work could be evaluated regarding the risk posed by <br /> and to this well if you would complete the then currently approved scope of work <br /> by 07 January 2005 and submit a report of findings by 04 March 2005. The <br /> deadline set by the EHD for this action has passed and you have not responded <br /> in any way to this directive.
