J
To: Sheehan, Caryl@WaTerboards; Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH] •
Cc: Trommer, Bob@Waterboards; Cullen, Pat@Waterboards; Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject: RE: GILLIES TRUCK, T0607700234, Claim 1129 Request for Teleconference
Hi Carly-
We will review this site and get back to you. I noticed one item that is incorrect. This area has three Small
Public Water System that are served by onsite wells that our agency regulates. Cal Water Service does serve the
Gillies Truck LOP site, but the water line stops at their parcel. This water line does not extend northward
beyond Gillies Truck to serve the two Non transient Non community water systems we regulate and there is a
Non transient Non community water system south of this site that remains on their onsite well for their drinking
water demands.
Thanks
Adrienne
Adrienne Ellsaesser, REHS
Unit IV Program Coordinator
Groundwater Protection Programs:
Site Mitigation/LOP/Small Public Water Systems
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton , CA 95205
W (209)468-0343 / A (209)468-0341
®aellsaesser@s*cehd.com
From: Sheehan, Caryl@Waterboards [mailto:Caryl.Sheehan@Waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Tuesday, January 13, 2015 9:53 AM
To: Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH]; Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]
Cc: Trommer, Bob@Waterboards; Cullen, Pat@Waterboards
Subject: GILLIES TRUCK, T0607700234, Claim 1129 Request for Teleconference
The attached Review Summary Report (RSR) has been sent to you, the caseworker, and the
caseworker's supervisor(as listed on GeoTracker), for review and comment as to whether we have
captured your concerns regarding the case closure. As described in the Conflict Resolution Chart,
once you've had a chance to review the RSR and you have comments please reply to Bob Trommer
and/or Caryl Sheehan by email with three dates and times to schedule a 30 minute teleconference can
be held in the future. In order to focus our discussion we request a list of your primary concerns two
days prior to the call. If we have not received a request to discuss the case by 1/28/2015) we will
finalize the RSR, upload the RSR to GeoTracker and proceed with closure of the Site.
In an effort to go paperless the State Board will not send hard copies of the RSR.
2
