The former letter noted "The LTCP (Low-threat Underground Storage Tank Case <br /> Closure Policy) requires that a 60-day public notification process be conducted to allow the local <br /> property owners and occupants, and other interested parties opportunity to have their concerns <br /> regarding the pending case closure addressed before the case is actually closed. As required by <br /> the LTCP, please notify municipal and county water districts, water replenishment districts, special <br /> act districts with groundwater management authority, agencies with authority to issue building <br /> permits for land affected by the petroleum release, owners and occupants of the property impacted <br /> by the petroleum release, and the owners and occupants of all parcels adjacent to the impacted <br /> property' of the pending case closure and of their opportunity to submit comments or questions <br /> regarding the pending closure to this agency. Those to be notified may include, but are not limited <br /> to: California Water Service Company in Stockton, City of Stockton Water District, San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Utilities Maintenance, East Bay Municipal Utility District, Stockton Community <br /> Development Department and Stockton Public Works Department. Comments should be directed to <br /> Angelica Sandoval Marin, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, 1868 East <br /> Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232. Prior to distribution of the notification, please <br /> provide a copy of the draft notice to the EHD for review and comment along with the list of agencies <br /> and owners/occupants who will receive the public participation notice."
