0 <br /> 11)Use a tremmie pipe to backfill three borings with cement grout from total depth to surface. <br /> 12) Complete two borings as groundwater monitoring wells GT-4 and GT-5 in accordance with the <br /> design shown in Figure 3. <br /> 13)No sooner that 48 hours after installation, survey the elevations of the well casings and measure the <br /> depth to groundwater in all five monitoring wells using a water level meter. <br /> 14)Develop GT-4 and GT-5 by pumping approximately 50 gallons of water into DOT-approved <br /> drums, and measure pH, temperature, and conductivity during purging. <br /> 15) Collect groundwater samples from GT4 and GT-5 in sterilized EPA vials and amber bottles and <br /> place in a cooled ice chest. <br /> 16) Transmit water samples to Excelchem Laboratories for analysis of the following: <br /> Total petroleum hydrocarbons(gasoline and diesel) (EPA 602) <br /> Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene(EPA 8020) <br /> 13) Submit an assessment report describing the investigation and presenting the results. <br />
