Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well - permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division . <br /> 2 . Destroy existing wells and all accessory distribution <br /> pipes under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 3 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> A Percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required on each <br /> parcel for Environmental Health Division approval .
