Manifests from "McCoy Truck Tire Service Center, Inc."were available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. Waste tires are stored inside the shop, behind gate on north side of shop, <br /> and in fence enclosure near the office. <br /> 4.) Permission to inspect was granted by Pilar Sexton (Secretary). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tires manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores it's waste tires at this location. <br />
