We welcome your re -inspection of these items. <br />1. A completed copy of the Return to Compliance Certification Form is attached. <br />2. The following actions were taken to correct the violations: <br />#78 Failed to store universal waste batteries in a closed container <br />Universal waste batteries were sorted by type and placed in closed containers. Training was <br />conducted to ensure the continuation of this practice. See photos attached. <br />#83 Failed to label universal waste <br />Universal waste, including alkaline batteries, lead acid batteries, rechargeable batteries and <br />fluorescent tubes were placed in closed containers and proper labels were applied. Training was <br />conducted to ensure the continuation of this practice.
