(209)464-9707 Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00045068 DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: FOOD TRUCK IS PARKED AT 505 W HARDING WAY IN PARKING LOT OF FAMILY DOLLAR. IT'S WATER IS COMING OUT FROM SIDES OF TRUCK. COMPLAINANT EXPLAINED THAT THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF LEAK WHERE THE WATER FROM SINK IS BEING DISCHARGED INSTEAD OF HELD. ALLEGES TRUCK IS USING A BUCKET TO CATCH WATER/DEBRVOIL BUT IT IS OVERFLOWING ONTO FLOOR. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible OBSERVATIONS: Hand sin does not drain. Repair. Soap does not dispense from dispenser. Provide operative. CAL CODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be maintained in good repair.(113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) #65 Noncompliance with Required Equipment/Construction OBSERVATIONS: Leak observed under 3 comp, leak observed under truck under ice bin. Repair. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. Food equipment is not smooth, readily accessible and easily cleanable. 2. There are unfinished wood surfaces present. 3. Construction joints and seams are not tight and/or sealed against entrance of liquids, waste, or vermin. 4. Nonportable equipment is not an integral part of the primary unit. 5. For mobile food facilities that handle potentially hazardous foods, there is no refrigeration unit as defined in Section 113885. Exception:If mobile food facility handles prepackaged frozen ready to eat foods, whole fish and whole aquatic invertebrates, a refrigeration unit is not equired. 6. All new and replacement gas or electrical appliances do not conform to applicable standards. 7. Space around pipes, conduits or hoses is not sealed, smooth, and cleanable. 8. Drip trays are not provided where appropriate. 9. All equipment is not installed so as to be easily cleanable,prevent vermin harborage and provide adequate access for service and maintenance. 10. Floors, walls and ceilings are not constructed so as to be impervious, smooth and easily cleanable. The floor wall juncture is not coved with minimum 3/8"radius cove. The floor does not extend up the wall at least 4". 11. Ground and floor surfaces where enclosed cooking processes are conducted do not provide employee safety from slipping for at least five feet on all open sides where cooking is conducted.[§114301] 12.
