If a super burrito is ordered, the <br /> burrito also contains shredded cheese and sour cream. <br /> Per operators, all food is cooked on the truck. Any food remaining at the end of the day is not cooled off or carried over to the <br /> next day. <br /> Generator was not turned on at the start of the inspection.
