This letter serves as a notification that there
still may be hazardous materials/waste at or on the property that may pose a detriment
to the health and safety of any future occupants of these premises.
EHD requires that an assessment of the structure(s) and septic system(s) be conducted
by a certified industrial hygienist to evaluate and certify the structure safe for
occupancy. In the event contamination is identified, EHD further requires that all
hazardous conditions be abated prior to the premises being reoccupied.
A list of hazardous waste cleanup firms and certified testing laboratories are available
from EHD upon request.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call Stephanie Ramirez, Senior
REHS, at (209) 468-9851.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Ramirez, Senior REHS
FILE C00
HAO021
