The permitted use shall not, at any time, develop into a nuisanct•, as hervin do-filu•d. if. in th- <br />opinion of the Board of Zoning Adjustment, Planning Commissiun, ur Bt,ard of Supvrvirnrs, an <br />County Ordinance or State Law or regulrtions or conditions attached hereto tire Ixing vinlateii <br />in connection with the operation of this use, that they retain the power to revoke or modify this <br />permit. For the purposm of this Use Permit, It nuisance is defined as follows: <br />"Nuisance is defined as anything resulting from unreasonable or unlawful practices <br />or from neglect which is, or tends to be injurious to health, safety, or public welfare, <br />or is unsightly or offensive to the senses so as to interfere with the comfortable <br />enjoyment of life or property in the neighborhood area, as such neighborhood arca <br />is defined by the Planning Commission or Boar'. of Zoning Adjahtment." <br />2. The attached Plot Plan is hereby made a permanent part of this approved ('se Permit and shall <br />he identified as "Exhibit A." and all construction, reconstruction, m(iving. rt -modeling, .%r other <br />structural alteration shall be made in conformity therewith. Any variation from said I'l:,t flan <br />shall be first approved h:i :he Planning I)epartment, Planning Ui,mmission, or Board (if Zoning <br />Adjustment. <br />:3. This Use Permit is granted undrr the condition that said permit not he transferred within a 90 <br />day period after the date of approval. <br />4.
