As part of this investigation, ExxonMobil has installed
groundwater monitoring wells in offsite locations, four of which are located on private property. One
of these wells, MW11, was installed at the property located at 1130 Monaco Court, Stockton,
California. The location of this well is presented on the attached figure, and the location of the
property is included on the attached Assessor's Parcel Map. The following property ownership
information was obtained from Nationwide Environmental Title Research,LLC on May 1,2006.
Site Address: 1130 Monaco Court, Stockton, CA 95207-6704
Mailing Address: PO Box 7343, Stockton, CA 95267-0343
Primary Owner: Stockton Hospital LP
APN: 110-210-04
Based on conversations between Mr. Ted Moise of ETIC Engineering, you, and Mr. Derek
Dobbins of Crestwood Manor, it is our understanding that Stockton Hospital LP has requested
that well MW l l be removed from the property in support of a Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) re-financing application. As such, ExxonMobil proposes to destroy well MWl l within
approximately 9 months. In order to accomplish this, ExxonMobil's environmental consulting
firm, ETIC Engineering, must first complete the following tasks prior to well destruction: (1)
acquire an access agreement with the property owner to destroy the well, (2) submit a well
destruction work plan and receive approval from SJCPHS, and (3) acquire a SJCPHS well
destruction permit.
