(ETIC) has prepared this Status Report for ExxonMobil Environmental <br /> Services Company on behalf of ExxonMobil Oil Corporation for former Exxon RS 73942. This report <br /> summarizes recent site activities. This report covers site activities for the third quarter of 2010. <br /> This report is being submitted in accordance with the California Code of Regulations,Title 23,Division <br /> 3, Chapter 16, Section 2652 (d). <br /> ACTIVITIES PERFORMED <br /> In accordance with the 22 July 2009 letter from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and the groundwater monitoring plan in the Report of Groundwater Monitoring, Fourth <br /> Quarter 2009 submitted in December 2009, groundwater monitoring was not conducted in the third <br /> quarter of 2010.
