Recommendation: <br /> In March 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The Fund is <br /> concerned that over 1.1 million dollars has been spent on this project and yet <br /> significant contamination remains. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin <br /> County LOP direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and to <br /> implement active remediation to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a time <br /> manner. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2009: The Fund is concerned that over 1.49 million dollars <br /> has been spent on this project. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin <br /> County LOP focus future efforts on selecting an aggressive remediation <br /> technology to achieve Water Quality Objectives.
