INTRODUCTION <br />' On behalf of ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company (ExxonMobil), ETIC Engineering, Inc <br /> (ETIC) has prepared this Request for No Further Remedial Action for former Exxon Retail Site <br /> (RS) 7-3942, located at 4444 North Pershing Avenue, Stockton, California (Figure 1) This <br />' report requests that no further remedial action be conducted at this site and is based on a review <br /> of (1) historical and current soil and groundwater chemical data, (2) the results of remedial <br /> efforts, and (3) the results of a risk evaluation based on American Society for Testing and <br />' Materials (ASTM) Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA) methodology to assess the <br /> environmental risks due to the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons at the site In support of this <br /> RBCA analysis, a well survey was performed and eight soil borings (SB 1-SB8) were drilled at <br /> the site to collect soil vapor data The results of the well survey and soil vapor analytical results <br /> from borings SBI-SB8, along with historical soil and groundwater data, were used in the RBCA <br />' risk evaluation <br /> This work was performed pursuant to a meeting on 12 September 2000 among representatives of <br />' the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS), ExxonMobil, and ETIC, and the <br /> ETIC Work Plan for Risk Assessment dated October 2000 (ETIC 2000a), and in response to the <br /> SJCPHS letter received in December 2000 concerning the site(Appendix A) <br /> d <br /> v <br /> s� <br />' G�PrOiCcts1739421MASTERWdP�Ra08O]1tect2doc I <br />
