The <br /> cost estimate assumes that up to four (4) additional soil samples may need to be analyzed for <br /> TRPH and total lead, and up to four (4) soil samples may need to be analyzed for soluble <br /> threshold limit concentration(STLC) lead. Per my discussions with Roy, we are assuming that <br /> you will provide and operate the backhoe. <br /> We estimate that the cost for the workscope outlined would be $ 6,710.
