'111 order is address your cotritr%cnts and to <br /> comply with the Court Oxder We are Submir�ing this addendum to our September 30 Workplan. <br /> our responses and modifications to the proposed work are as follows: <br /> 1. A11 samples will be submitted to the laboratory for analysis. <br /> 2. The septic tank underlying the building foundation will be accessed and samples of the <br /> liquid and sludge contained therein will be celkoted for laboratory analysls. Pending the <br /> results of analysis any SCOC tAnk contents pumped will be properly diSPOW of- <br /> 3. Should random sampl'cng locations underlie vehicles or debzi.s, these will be moved in <br /> order to collect mrroks. Focused samples adjacent to ams of suspwtad catat2ultination <br /> east of the property were proposed in the WorlTlan. <br /> 4. Samples collected from the septic tank and from the sump and leachfield area will be <br /> analysed for the following substances in addition to TRPH and total lead: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline, EPA method 8015 <br /> • Tota prtroleurn hydrocarbons as diesel, EPA method 8015 <br /> • Volatile Organ:es, EPA method 8240 <br /> As we discussed over the phone it would be redundant to analyze samples For solvemntm by both <br /> me&,od 8010 and 8240. The 8240 method also includes-he BTEX consituents typically analyzed <br /> by method 8020. Therefore,we proposa to delete methcuts 9010 and$420 from the suite of analyses. <br />
