Likewise, analysis of the samples collected <br /> from boring location H at depths of 35 and 40 feet will be contingent upon detection of <br /> significant contamination in the sample collected from 27 feet. <br /> Reporting <br /> A technical report describing field activities, analytical results, conclusions and recommendations <br /> will be submitted to Mr. and Mrs. Knoll, the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division, and the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office. If soil <br /> sample results warrant, Ground Zero may recommend collecting and analyzing sludge samples <br /> from the septic tank. <br /> Protocols and Safetv <br /> All field and laboratory activities will be conducted in accordance with the attached Quality <br /> Assurance/Quality Control Plan (Attachment A). Field work will be performed in accordance <br /> with the attached Site Safety and Health Plan (Attachment B). <br /> Upon completion, the soil borings will be backfilled with cement grout to surface. Backhoe <br /> trenches will be backfilled with the material excavated, in a reconstruction of the stratigraphic <br /> order encountered.
