The Facility has four sized aboveground fuel storage tanks, a waste oil tank and six oil or fluid <br /> ASTs within a truck repair shop (tire shop) and multiple drums. <br /> The Facility is located in a primarily commercial area at 14749 North Thornton Road, west of Lodi, <br /> California. The site is comprised of approximately 5 acres of land is bordered to the west by Interstate 5, <br /> north by California Route Highway 12, east by commercial areas, and south by an agricultural property. <br /> Site improvements include:one office%onvenience store building;a truck repair or maintenance shop which <br /> contains ASTs for waste oil and repair supplies (fresh oil and fluids); equipment parking; covered fueling <br /> areas for trucks and passenger vehicles, vehicle parking areas. Oil is stored within the four fuel tanks, a <br /> secondary contained waste oil tank and several oil ASTs. <br />
