There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to <br /> coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone: the name and <br /> phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, <br /> fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint <br /> an emergency coordinator and post the required information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for <br /> this purpose. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for October 17, 2013 to October 17, 2016 were not found on site. The <br /> facility owner Daljit Sing stated that a company fuel filters were disposed of last year, but receipts were not available <br /> for review during inspection. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the <br /> disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them <br /> readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 117 HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on October 28, 2014 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by November 17, <br /> 2014.This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that <br /> receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written <br /> response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection <br /> report. Violations not resolved: <br /> CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste <br /> CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters <br /> CCR 66273.35 Stored UW on site greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate the time UW has been <br /> stored. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Two white 5 gallon containers of used absorbent with gas and used fuel filters in the bathroom of the facility were on <br /> site longer than 180 days with a start accumulation date of February 2015. Facilities who generate less than 1000 <br /> kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste <br /> on site up to 180 days.
