A monitoring well (MW) should be constructed downgradient from the site of the <br /> previous tank,farm. This MW should be constructed below the first aquifer and soil <br /> below the first aquifer should be sampled and analyzed. <br /> 2. A thorough site history should be included in the next "Quarterly Report" to include <br /> repairs or replacement work to tanks on this site between 1964 and 1990. <br /> 3. With reference to the letter dated July 15, 1992 from E.A. Engineering to <br /> Marla D. Guenter of Exxon.
