Dear Ms Hinson <br /> Fugro West, Inc , (Fugro) on behalf of Shell Oil Products Company (Shell), is pleased to <br /> provide the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (SJCPHS/EHD) the attached Fourth Quarter 1995 Ground Water Monitoring Report This report <br /> documents the results of ground water monitoring performed by Blaine Tech Services, Inc , of <br /> San Jose, California, on November 1.7, 1995 <br /> Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPA) as gasoline and benzene concentrations have not <br /> been reported at or above the practical quantitation reporting limits in wells MW-1, MW-2, and <br /> MW-3 since the October 1, 1993 sampling event Effective first quarter 1996 Fugro will <br /> implement a reduction to the frequency of sample collection as requested in our Third Quarter <br /> 1995 Ground Water Monitoring Report, dated October 26, 1995 Collection of ground water <br /> samples will be seduced from the current quarterly basis to a semi-annual basis (twice each year) <br /> for wells MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 Ground water elevations will continue to be collected on <br /> a quarterly basis from all wells at the site, and ground water samples will continue to be collected <br /> on a quarterly basis from well MW-4 <br /> Planned activities for the first quarter of 1996 include gauging of all wells at the site, and <br /> collection of ground water samples from well MW-4 in February 1996 Fugro will submit the <br /> next quarterly report for this activity to the SJCPHS/EHD by April 15, 1996 <br />�1 <br /> 947 9016-4gmrco�r ttr <br /> A member of the Fugro group of companies with offices throughout the world <br />
