CAMBRIA <br /> 7.0 AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Representative aerial photographs of the subject property and surrounding area were reviewed <br /> to document the development of the area over time Aerial photographs from 1979, 1989, <br /> and 1999 were reviewed as part of this Phase 1 investigation The date of the aerial <br /> photograph, the scale and a description of the findings are presented below <br /> April 3, 1979, 1:24,000 <br /> The subject site, situated on the southwest corner of North Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie <br /> Lane is an active service station with the same station building and canopy configuration as <br /> the current configuration Another gasoline service station exists on the southeast corner of <br /> North Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie Lane The service station consists of one station <br /> building and one canopy Houses, apartments, and commercial businesses surround the site on <br /> all sides <br /> May 5, 1989, 1.63,000 <br /> The area appears much as it did in the 1979 aerial photograph The service station located <br /> on the southeast corner of North Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie Lane is now vacant Due <br /> to the small scale of the photograph, it was difficult to determine any changes to the subject <br /> site, though it appears similar to the 1979 aerial photograph There appears to be little <br /> change in the surrounding area from the 1979 aerial photograph, with the exception of more <br /> residential housing to the west <br /> September 2, 1999, 1:12,000 <br /> In this photograph, it appears that the configuration of the station at the subject site is the <br /> same as the 1989 photograph The former service station property located on the southeast <br /> corner of North Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie Lane is still vacant The remaining <br /> regional features in this photograph appear the same as the 1989 photograph <br /> 8.0 ENVIRONMENTAL DATA RESOURCES,INC.
