Hunter Ave., Stockton,CA 95202 <br /> This letter is to further document the conditions found at the above referenced facility. <br /> A waste tire facility sun-ey was conducted on July 25, 2003. During that iu§pection it was <br /> documented that the facility backed Tire Program Identification(TPID)number.The facility was <br /> not using a manifest to ship the waste tires to the Wilson Way site for collection and disposal. An <br /> inspection report was completed and a copy was left for your staff. A re-inspection date of <br /> August 25,2003 was noted on the form. <br /> A re-inspection was conducted on September 30,2003. During the inspection I spoke with Dan <br /> B. He indicated that he had not implemented the program and asked if he could have some <br /> additional time. A time extension was agreed upon.No inspection report was completed. <br /> A re-inspection was conducted on January 15,2004. I spoke with A/•i Sanders.The inspection <br /> revealed that the facility still did not have a TPID number and was unable to provide any copies <br /> of waste tire manifests.Title 14 California Code of Regulations(!—'CR), Section 18459.1 requires <br /> that on or after July 1,2003 every tire dealer/waste tire generator obtain a TPID for each location <br /> where waste tires are generated.Title 14 CCR, Section 18459 requires that used/waste tires <br /> generators use the waste tire manifest and trip log when transporting used/waste tires. <br /> You are directed to contact the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB)and <br /> make application for a TPID number for this facility.
